Hello,

I am unaware of any “natural” products that safely and effectively act as birth control in cats.

Perhaps you are referring to the drug megestrol acetate (MA)? MA is a synthetic version of the hormone progesterone. Its use in cats is controversial. The drug has been used to control reproduction in feral cat colonies, but individuals given MA are at much higher than normal risk for diabetes mellitus and acromegaly.
