My cat has exactly the same rash on her tummy.
I have tried lots of topical treatment to no avail.

THE BEST THAT IS really WORKING FOR OUR CAT IS A SHAMPOO CALLED Derm Opt Shampoo for Pets, which is available in the UK from Perfect Pet Skin. It contains Thrixsolene.
Just follow the label instructions thoroughly.
AS A BACK - UP you should also obtain DermOpt Skin Spray.

Obviously each has a different application but used according to the label instructions the results are good against this problem.

My cat has had the same rash for over a month. Antibiotics haven't made it any better. The rash looks like its fading only to be back a few days later. Did the shampoo get rid of the rash completely?
